2.) Structure Design and Testing

Your profile:

  • Master in aerospace engineering (or adequate graduation with aviation background)
  • Fluent German and English language skills written and oral are essential
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience
  • High level of self-reliance with the ability to work in a team, as well as autonomous
  • Experience in certification requirements (Airworthiness Codes)
  • Experience with quality and design assurance systems (Part21)
  • Project management skills

Work profile:

  • Work in small team - do and touch everything from design, installation to flight test
  • Structural analysis and/or Electric design
  • Mechanical design and reviews | Electric System design and verification (analysis and test)
  • Test planning, setup and execution
  • System evaluation (electrical and mechanical) | System safety assessment
  • EASA compliant certification documentation (certification program to compliance demonstration)
  • Regular travel and customer on-site work (worldwide)

Helpful:

  • Design experience
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Electric/Electronic/Programming background; for both (flight) test data acquisition and instrumentation as well as system design and analysis
  • Pilot license and/or aircraft mechanic experience or license
  • Knowledge of Solid-works, Femap, Python
  • Further language skills
  • Knowledge or background in fibre composites, material fatigue

  • Office availability in Neckargemünd (near Heidelberg) or Nürnberg
